1. Local Delivery (Within Sri Lanka)

1.1 Dispatch Time: We work hard to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 24 hours of your order being placed. Please note that during special promotions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience during these periods.

1.2 Delivery Dates & Charges: The exact delivery dates and charges for your order will depend on your specific shipping address and the date your order was placed. You can easily calculate the cost and estimated delivery time using the cost calculator available in the checkout form before finalizing your purchase.

1.3 Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time for all addresses in Sri Lanka is 3-5 working days.

1.4 Delivery Address Requirements: We deliver to all valid postal addresses across Sri Lanka. To ensure successful delivery, a full postal address is required, including the postcode. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to military bases or P.O. Boxes.

1.5 Order Dispatch Notifications: You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. These notifications will confirm that your items are on their way.

2. Tracking Information

2.1 Tracking Availability: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery. However, please note that sometimes, due to free shipping options, tracking information may not be available for certain orders.

2.2 Separate Packages: For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This helps us to optimize delivery efficiency and ensure all items reach you safely. You will be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
