LOCAL

We work hard to dispatch your goods within 24 hours, but it could take a bit longer during special promotions. The delivery dates and charges will depend on your shipping address and order date. We will send you an e-mail and text message when your order dispatch from our warehouse. 

We deliver to all addresses in Sri Lanka. A full postal address is required including postcode. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to military bases or PO boxes. 

You could use the cost calculator in checkout form  and delivery time will be 3-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL

The estimated standard delivery period is 10-14 working days, depending on the delivery address.

All international delivery options are fully tracked and our delivery partner will email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
